Roberto Cavalli Fashion House Sued

The charges are copyright infringement, unfair competition and false origin of goods. The lawsuit was filed by three graffiti artists, from whose San Francisco murals Cavalli allegedly copied both the images and the colours, using them in his fashion designs. Other well-known enterprises have been charged with similar offences: Amazon.com, the online clothing shop Nordstrom and the online shoe and clothing shop Zappos.
