Google in court once again

Google’s list of numerous litigations just extended, as German publishers have filed a claim to the European Court of Justice. Presenting the Court findings is delayed, however, as instead the Court is discussing the law, the application of which is demanded the publishers. The Court’s brief position is that the request has “partial basis.”
